If You Do Not Have a PDF Viewer on Your PC...

PDF Download Instructions PDF files are crossplatform files that can be viewed and printed on any computer that has PDF Reader  software  installed.  Adobe Acrobat Reader software can be Downloaded Here for free from Adobe.  Once you have the Acrobat Reader software installed on your computer, simply click on any PDF link in this site and it will be downloaded to the directory on your computer that you have designated as your browser's download directory. Once the PDF file has been downloaded it should be opened and displayed in the Acrobat Reader software. If the file is not opened up in the Acrobat Reader software, simply open the desired PDF file with the Acrobat reader software. Consult the Help files for your browser to set the Acrobat Reader software as the helper application for PDF files to have the PDF files automatically opened in Acrobat Reader.
